I pitched the story of DC Banks and Mr John to a colleague when discussing our collaboration project. Although I did not decide to explore this further at the time, the plot twist of a routine visit not being what it appeared at first glance continued swirling in my head.

The chosen format should keep the audience filling the gaps as they listen to emotional and situational cues and play on the genre expectations while trying to subvert them simultaneously.
